Electoral Commission 'not comfortable' sending staff to gang HQ

A gang advocate is demanding the Electoral Commission meet with Mongrel Mob members at their headquarters to help them enrol and vote. The commission says it doesn't feel comfortable sending staff to the premises in Wairoa, but Denis O'Reilly says it's important to enrol whanau networks that are usually hard to reach.
