Speed cameras missing across most of NZ

Police have confirmed most of the country has been without fixed speed cameras for more than a year. That's coincided with one of the deadliest periods on the roads in recent history. There are eighteen fixed cameras operating at present but they are all in either Auckland and Wellington.
