Thousands of cows culled in mycoplasma bovis saga
The slaughter of thousands of cows to try to eradicate mycoplasma bovis once and for all has the backing of the farming community. The Ministry for Primary Industries has decided to kill about 4,000 cows across five infected properties, which are all owned by the Van Leeuwan Dairy Group.
