Care suffers as mental health crisis teams short-staffed

The union representing mental health workers says it flagged concerns about the impact of a merger of the mental health crisis teams in Wellington, when the decision was taken three years ago . The PSA says those concerns have proved well founded with ongoing staff shortages affecting care.
