Coalition talks not over yet - political analysis

At the end of last week, NZ First leader Winston Peters said coalition talks had wrapped up, except for discussion of ministerial positions. But today National Party leader Bill English told Morning Report that NZ First had been in contact over the weekend to clarify some policy details. Coalition talks appear to be ongoing.
