Justin Trudeau 'ragging the puck' in TPP talks

Canada has had concerns about the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has hinted at his concerns over the TPP en route to the APEC Summit in Vietnam. Speaking in Hanoi yesterday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told media he would not be rushed into signing the revived agreement.
