Landlords hiking rents with allowance rise - students

The Victoria University Student's Association is suspecting foul play by some landlords who have increased their rent prices by up to 50 dollars, after Labour increased student living costs by $50 a week. We talk to the president of the Victoria University Student's Association, Rory Lenihan-Ikin.
