Ohakea water contamination: Neighbours demand answers

Farmers and a young family whose water supply's been contaminated by Air Force firefighting chemicals are demanding assurances their health isn't at risk. The chemicals have been linked to cancer and their use was banned in 2006. Drinking water at five properties near the Ohakea air force base has been contaminated, as have two properties near the Woodbourne base in Marlborough.
