As Australia Day dawns across the Tasman the lucky country is doing some soul searching. Australians are asking whether they're losing a little of what makes them special - their dry and colourful turn of phrase. It's an anxiety that at least one Australian company has played on to promote its pies. Guyon Espiner speaks to Australian National University Professor of psycholinguistics Evan Kidd, who says slang is always evolving.
