Trade Minister David Parker is at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Davos is the annual gathering of the world's movers and shakers. He tells Guyon Espiner he was struck by the evidence of extravagance amid the talk of inequality. He also discussed house sales to foreign buyers in New Zealand, and our trade agreements with China and Singapore. "Singapore is only one of prior trade agreements that restricts New Zealand to introduce a screening regime. That agreement is being renegotiated at the moment."
