FBI deputy director quits after spat with Trump
FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe is stepping down. Mr McCabe became US President Donald Trump's acting director of the FBI in May when Mr Trump fired James Comey. Mr Trump had publicly criticised Mr McCabe in recent months. Washington correspondent Daniel Ryntjes tells Guyon Espiner one of the potential impetuses was a memo showing Mr McCabe was compromised in his investigative work.
