CTV memorial garden opens in time for quake anniversary

The memorial garden that marks the site of the CTV building opens to the public today on the seventh anniversary of the quake in Christchurch. One hundred and fifteen people - two thirds of those killed - died in the CTV building. Yesterday a blessing was held at the garden and RNZ reporter Maja Burry was there.
