NZer 'out of options' in Immigration visa battle

A New Zealander says he has run out of options as he battles Immigration officials to be reunited with his Filipina wife and child. Immigration advisers say a tougher stance on partnership visitor visas is to blame for a rise in rejections, from 14 percent a decade ago to 35 percent last year.
