National donations email 'a cock-up' - Simon Bridges

From Morning Report, 7:40 am on 19 March 2018

National says it will use extra question-time in Parliament to focus attention on topics of most interest to the public. The Greens announced yesterday they will give up most of their allocated time for questions in the House to the National Party. The Opposition Leader, Simon Bridges, welcomed the decision, saying it will enable it to better hold the "weak Ardern-Peters Government" to account. Simon Bridges talks to Susie Ferguson. He also discusses the controversy around the National Party sending donation emails to people who had signed local petitions. He says it was 'a genuine cock-up'.
