US President Donald Trump has unveiled plans for $60 billion-worth of tariffs on Chinese imports. His announcement a few minutes ago has heightened fears of a trade war and sent US stocks lower immediately. China has already indicated it will retaliate. At the centre of this latest dispute - claims that China is stealing the United States' technology and intellectual property. Mr Trump has just addressed the media at the White House and stressed what he sees as the "unfairness" of the way America is being dealt with under current arrangements.
