Changes to the way interest rates are set to be revealed

Changes to the way interest rates are set will be revealed this morning. Finance Minister Grant Robertson and incoming Reserve Bank governor Adrian Orr will sign the customary policy targets agreement that goes with the appointment of a new chief banker at 9am, adding full employment to its low inflation target. But some argue that's a mistake. RNZ economics correspondent, Patrick O'Meara, reports.
