Suicidal woman's critical info wasn't shared, inquest told

A coroner's been told police didn't pass on to mental health nurses critical information about a suicidal woman's access to drugs. The inquest for Karen Michelle Day finished in the Whakatane District Court yesterday. Reporter Jessie Chiang was there.
