Wellington parking warden recovers after attack

A Wellington parking warden is recovering in hospital after being attacked outside Newtown School. The officer was knocked unconscious and suffered a fractured eye socket and broken nose. The police have arrested a 39-year-old man who is to appear in court this week, charged with wounding with intent to injure. Wellington City Council's acting chief executive Kane Patena joins Guyon Espiner to discuss the attack.
