Thick smoke rising from Timaru Port trawler fire

A Korean fishing vessel is still on fire at Timaru Port after a loud explosion was heard last night before a fire erupted on board the 81-metre-long ship. Six fire crews are fighting the fire. Soosie Lucas lives opposite the Timaru Port and describes the scene to Guyon Espiner.
