'Strong argument for alternatives' to mega prison - Little

Justice Minister Andrew Little says alternatives are being considered to building a new mega prison. The former National government was planning to build a billion dollar facility at the current Waikeria Prison site but that's been put on hold while the new government reconsiders the plans. Minister Andrew Little says he's hoping to make a decision in the next few weeks - and fresh options are being considered.
