Boulcott building evacuees out for six months

The 700 people evacuated from a central Wellington building two weeks ago have now been told they can't go back for at least six months. That's how long it will take to earthquake strengthen the 13-storey office block at 79 Boulcott St. Wellington City Council's Manager for City Consenting and Compliance Mark Pattemore joins Guyon Espiner to discuss the plan.
