Emergency housing braces for another tough winter

The Housing Minister, Phil Twyford, says the government is doing everything it can to mobilise extra resources ahead of another gruelling winter for the country's homeless. Emergency housing providers say the need for homes in the colder months remains as high as previous years and urgent plans must be made to make sure people are sheltered.
