Methamphetamine addiction is a growing problem in New Zealand. Providers say the stress and competition created by the current drug rehab system is detracting from rehabilitating addicts. Guyon Espiner asks Health Minister David Clark if the government will deliver more funding for this sector. "The sector is under-funded," he says. "I absolutely accept the funding arrangements are complex. That's something that needs to be sorted out over time."
