Overseas students finally refunded by failed college

Some overseas students who paid thousands of dollars to a tertiary institute that shut its doors suddenly have been fully refunded after its owner repaid them. But scores more could still be short-changed. In some cases, students at the New Zealand National College in Auckland paid $14,000 for their courses but only $6000 was returned.
