Philippine fake news sells NZ residency deal

A news story broadcast on Philippine television promoting student visas as a sure path to New Zealand residency is being branded as fake and dangerous. The report on People's Television Network, or PTV, says Filipinos can bring their families with them and are guaranteed a job after graduating. The Philippine Ambassador here is outraged saying migrants are coming in droves expecting one thing and are being left sorely disappointed.
