Super ministry formed to fight housing crisis

A new super ministry is being set up to deal with the housing crisis. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development will be announced on Friday, and will provide policy advice on affordable housing, homelessness and urban development. Economics correspondent Patrick O'Meara has more on this.
