Synthetic drug deaths 'appalling' - Ross Bell
There has been a dramatic spike in the number of people dying from synthetic cannabis. Provisional figures from the coroner show between 40 and 45 people died in the year to June, compared to just two deaths in the previous five years. The Drug Foundation is among those calling for swift action to get the drug off the streets. Its executive director is Ross Bell. He joins Philippa Tolley in the studio to discuss.
