South Korean president heads to Pyongyang
The South Korean government says a summit between President Moon Jae-in and the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, will be held in Pyongyang in September. It will be the third meeting between the two men this year, and the first visit by a South Korean president to the Northern capital for more than a decade. Professor Sung-Yoon Lee from Tufts University in Boston tells Susie Ferguson that the visit is particularly significant for North Korea.
