Whitebait sales ban would force a black market - fishers

The West Coast Whitebaiters Association says a commercial ban on the delicacy would create a black market. But other recreational whitebaiters say it's greed that's spoiling the fishery. Kate Gudsell talked to whitebaiters as the season began this week.
