Building begins on KiwiBuild Onehunga apartments

Construction will start today on the first apartments in the next step in the Government's KiwiBuild programme. The 25 Onehunga properties are available to eligible buyers and are part of the Buying off the Plans initiative. Alex Perrottet speaks to Housing and Urban Development Minister Phil Twyford.
