US television viewers have been introduced to New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, as she appeared on TODAY, NBC's morning show. The first topic of discussion was mixing motherhood with leadership, with Ms Ardern saying while she had always appreciated the work mothers do, that level of appreciation had gone to a new level. They also discussed MMP and the coalition government, and her belief in compassionate government.
