New Zealand First's proposal to make new immigrants sign up to what it calls core 'Kiwi values' looks dead in the water before it's even reached Parliament. Party members are enthusiastic but Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says she and the Labour Party wouldn't support the idea becoming law.
