AA welcomes govt petrol price investigation

The government is trying to figure out who's to blame for the high cost of petrol and will be rushing through legislation that will allow them to investigate more thoroughly. When the previous government tried to look into the amount fuel retailers were shaving off the top Gull and Mobil declined to hand over their numbers. The change to the law the government is proposing would mean they'd have to. The Automobile Association's Mark Stockdale says it's a good idea.
