Carter not bothered by Bridges' comments in recording

National Party leader Simon Bridges has been shaken by the release of the recording of a conversation he had with Jami-Lee Ross about a $100,000 donation. Jami-Lee Ross provided police with the recording and also later released it publicly. This is what the MP said when he emerged from the Wellington central police station on Wednesday. David Carter says he's not in the slightest bit bothered by comments Simon Bridges made about him in the secret recording. But Mr Carter told RNZ deputy political editor Chris Bramwell that Simon Bridges was clearly set up by Jami-Lee Ross.
