Tensions rise between Russia, US

US National Security Advisor John Bolton has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow. It comes days after President Donald Trump threatened to dismantle an arms control treaty that dates back to the Cold War. He said Russia had not honoured the agreement, while the US had.
