Jacinda Ardern vows no new regional fuel taxes while PM

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has vowed to never introduce another regional fuel tax as long as she's in charge. Motorists are breathing a sigh of relief - but local and regional councils say, in that case, they'll need another way to raise money. RNZ political reporter Craig McCulloch has this report.
