Planned ban on smoking in cars with kids celebrated

Health campaigners are celebrating an upcoming ban on smoking in cars with children. Cabinet ministers are expected to consider the matter before the end of the year and hope to introduce legislation early next year. Here's our political reporter Craig McCulloch. The Greens support a ban and New Zealand First's leader Winston Peters has previously spoken in favour which means the government appears to have all the votes it needs.
