Witness describes Lower Hutt homicide, decapitation

A woman who witnessed a decapitated head being thrown from down some stairs says she wants to move out of Petone. Bonnie Williams lives nearby and knew the 71-year-old man who was killed on Friday night by people she describes as "gang affiliates".
