Culture change needed in SOE leadership - Maori Council

The Maori Council says a culture change is needed to boost Maori representation at the top of State Owned Enterprises. It says of the 77 directors on the boards governing SOEs in New Zealand, only six are Maori. Matthew Tukaki is the Maori Council's executive director.
