Air NZ strike 'would have had a massive disruption' to tourism

The Air New Zealand engineers' strike has been called off, but just the threat of industrial action has had a big ripple effect through the tourism sector. Tourism operators have been scrambling to re-book their customers. The Tourism Export Council represents tourist business operators. Its chief executive is Judy Chen. We talk to her and Sue Chetwin from Consumer NZ.
