Law & order not a political football - Chester Burrows

Politicians have been told to stop treating law and order issues as a political football. About 200 people attended a meeting of the Safe and Effective Justice programme's advisory group in Wellington last night. The group has been touring the country to hear ideas from the public about justice reform. Advisory group member Chester Borrows told our reporter Ben Strang there is a widely held view that there needs to be significant change to the justice system.
