Investigation underway after fatal jet boat crash

Investigations have begun after a competitor in a jet boat race was killed in a crash on the Clutha River near Wanaka on Sunday. Two people were in the boat - one survived and is in hospital with moderate injuries. The accident happened a day after a commercial jet boat carrying tourists crashed on the Shotover River near Queenstown, injuring nine people.
