Real Estate group wants financial assistance for home owners

The government is giving landlords until 2024 to make sure properties are insulated and have proper heating. The Real Estate Institute says tenants will end up wearing the cost unless the government steps in to give property owners financial help. Bindi Norwell is the institute's chief executive.
