Pilots 'not kept in the loop' - air accident investigator
A New Zealand air accident investigator is warning that pilots not being kept in the loop is contributing to air crashes. Boeing has grounded its entire fleet of 737 Max aircraft after last weekend's Ethiopian Airlines crash killed 157 people. Andrew McGregor is a forensic engineer, commercial pilot and independent air accident investigator. He says a likely contributor to the crash, and other similar crashes, was faulty sensors on the outside of the aircraft. He speaks to Susie Ferguson.
