Children's advocate hoping for review of police chase policy
A report into the police's approach to pursuing fleeing drivers will be made public at midday today. It's the eighth such review in the last two decades, however its the first joint review by police and the Independent Police Complaints Authority. In the last ten years there have been tens of thousands of chases leading to hundreds of crashes and 79 deaths. The Children's Commissioner Andrew Becroft used to support police giving chase - but has changed his mind. He speaks to Guyon Espiner.
