Builders respond to Building Act overhaul plan

Two days after announcing an accord with the construction industry - the government has proposed the biggest overhaul to the Building Act in 10 years. It includes everything from penalties, reducing the building levy, raising some licencing standards and making consenting easier for modern methods of construction.
