Suicide: How do you know when someone is struggling?

Māori suicide rates are nearly double that of non-Māori, and the number of deaths has been increasing for the last four years. Matthew Tukaki is a Māori Council executive member and also chairs the organisation Suicide Prevention Australia. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
