Ardern won't call for inquiry into Cabinet paper leak

The government will announce today the form of next year's cannabis referendum, but won't be revealing who leaked a Cabinet paper on the poll options to the National Party. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says she considers the leak to be serious, but does not believe any Cabinet ministers are involved, and she does not intend to investigate.
