Pharmac has told patients waiting for drugs to be funded it can never release its secret list that ranks the medicines it is waiting to fund.
The drug-buying agency says it's the most commercially sensitive piece of information its has and acts as leverage over drug companies.
Pharmac's waiting list for drugs sits at more than 100 medicines - some have been on the list for more than ten years.
