The man who could be Britain's next Prime Minister has been summoned to court on charges of misconduct.
Boris Johnson claimed that Britain gave the European Union 350 million pounds a week ahead of the Brexit referendum.
The 350 million-pound figure was used by the pro-Brexit Vote Leave group throughout the referendum campaign on the side of a red bus, calling for the UK to "fund our NHS instead".
